The Financial Vulnerability Taskforce
Simplicity are registered affiliates of the Financial Vulnerability Taskforce, which is a newly created UK domiciled independent professional body, covering the Personal Finance, Insurance and wider Financial Services Sectors.
Its ultimate purpose is to promote greater understanding, encourage appropriate behaviours and establish good practice in respect of client vulnerability.
Adoption of the Charter allows firms and individuals to align with an Independent set of standards which are equally in line with the expectations and rules of regulatory authorities. The Independent Charter enables adopters to promote their own processes and commitment to treating customers and clients fairly.

Our commitment
All Simplicity employees are required to acquire certificated completion of 'Consumer Vulnerability in Later Life (2023)', an examination developed by the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA) in collaboration with Just.

Our website provides insights on investing and saving without offering personalized advice. If uncertain about suitable investments, seek guidance, such as from our financial advisers.
Prior to investing, review our crucial investment notes; keep in mind, investments are prone to fluctuations, potentially yielding returns lower than your initial investment.

Pension Wise
Pension Wise is a free, impartial government service for anyone aged 50 or over, with a UK based personal or workplace pension.
It can help you understand what type of pension you have, how you can access your savings and the potential tax implications of each option. But it isn’t financial advice.
